I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was particularly impressed by the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The hotel's location was also a highlight for me, as it was fairly central and close to all the main attractions. The rooms were comfortable and had a large balcony with a great view of the city. Additionally, the breakfast provided was typical Italian and very enjoyable, with a good selection of pastries and a fantastic coffee machine.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful and I can't think of anything that could be improved.
